3.4 Account Ownership. Your 10bet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to use your account.

4.5 10bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, accessed by an unauthorized party, or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 10bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your 10bet account. 10bet reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 10bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 10bet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. 6.4 10bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have opted into the promotion.
